QuickLook
The QuickLook module pops up when a product is selected, enabling users to inspect product details without leaving a category level page. Using only rollovers, the user can scan available colors, sizes, and availabilty. Products can also be added to the bag without reloading any pages. Through testing with real users, we found that the number of clicks necessary to purchase a product dropped from over a dozen to just seven (from the home page). :: back to Gap Inc overview |
